first, we had to pick out a party dress to wear. (we only got two dresses on before baby girl was tired of changing clothes. the fashion show will continue next month . . . .)
later in the day, baby girl relaxed with her favorite black & white story book. she likes a bit of tummy time each day.
to top the day off, we had dessert -- super fudge brownie cupcakes with a scoop of berry cheesecake ice cream. mr. pike and i thought it was delicious. baby girl had looked on as we enjoy her birthday treat. happy birthday, baby girl.
