i really dislike blow drying my hair. it takes forever with my thick hair, and i'm also reminded as i move the blow dryer back and forth that i have wiggly, flabby underarms.
and to make matters worse, baby girl is also suffering from weak arm strength. and it's my fault. i'm guilty. i've been so bad at giving her tummy time.
so, to make up for it, baby girl and i made a pact. we're turning over a new leaf. every time she does tummy time, i'll do push ups. that way we'll both be on our way to upper body strength!

Your video is great. Now that's a great way to exercise with kids. They'll marvel at their Dad's strength when they grow up. If you exercise your kids will too. I have to share a book I recently picked up a book called Family Fit by Dr. John E. Mayer. He talks about ways for the WHOLE family to get involved in fitness and develop a healthy lifestyle. Your baby has good balance!:)
