i have bought my fair share of apples over the past two weeks -- always with the intention that i was going to make applesauce. but i haven't gotten around to it just yet.
i've been looking for a canner to borrow. and i was feeling sheepish to ask the same person that i always ask. so, i started asking around so i could share the lending wealth. after a few inquiries, i realized that no one else had a canner for me to use.
so, i decided to just buy our own. now we're waiting for it to arrive. and then we'll be making applesauce this coming week -- as long as baby girl doesn't eat all the apples first.
