sweatin' to the oldies

during college, apt. 16 had a thing for richard simmons.  i don't need to explain why -- that's pretty evident.  


i could only be happier that my children also love sweatin' to the oldies.  don't they look stellar in their action shots.  


(and thank you mrs. wright for the exercise motivation.  you should see the looks of envy mr. pike and i get at the gym. and we do get them.)
