family exercise, thirds please

so, remember when baby girl and i made a pact to get our arms into shape? it was tummy time and push ups for us. i was hoping with baby girl's new found strength she'd be ready to roll over. (and i was going to be on the next cover of shape magazine?)

well today, baby girl found a way to cheat in her tummy time. take a look at the footage. this was the fifth time in a row she pulled the same stunt.

so, what am i going to do about push ups?

too cute! That's good that she can roll over. I say still keep up the push ups but if you can find a way to make them easier like she did then go for it.

Marilyn-we have watched this video at least 12 times and we have a play by play description for what is happening. First she squeals happily, then she gets mad, then she is tired and rests her head, then she gets mad again, then she quiets and looks right at you as if to say "Are you going to help me or not?" Since you don't, she has to take care of things herself and just roll over. Then there is pure joy on her smiley face as she kicks her arms and legs-so proud of her accomplishment and happy to be off her tummy! We love it. So suck it up and join the flabby arm club....
