a new use for socks

this is a new friend for my little niece to be. she's expected to arrive in two weeks, so i had to hurry and finish putting together her puppy. i made him from two tube socks and some embroidery thread. i found the pattern in this clever book called sock and glove. the author has created many different animals out of socks and gloves -- and they're really cute.
