last week, little girl and i met some friends at the farm. and was little girl in heaven! she loves animals. mr. pike and i have been working on teaching little girl sign language -- and she'll sign "bird" over and over again any time she sees or hears a bird, duck, chicken, goose, etc. so, the pen with the chickens and geese were her favorite stop at the farm.
unfortunately, that's all you get to see of the farm because that's when the batteries died on me. but, we also saw two cows and a calf, two pigs, and two horses. it was a great time!

How fun! Pedro loves animals, too. We've been working on some sign, but he doesn't see the need to do any more than point, except if it has to do with whether he gets food faster. So, he's getting pretty good at "food", "more" and "thank you".
One day she'll be doing chores on the Pike farm . . .
