today when mr. pike came home from work, little girl ran up to give him a great big hug and kiss. when he put her down, little girl started jumping with excitement. and wouldn't stop!
i caught a bit of her warm welcome on tape -- and with a performance like that it's not hard to see why she's daddy's little girl.

Cute! My boys do the same thing as Dad walks up the stairwell in our building after a long day at work. I love seeing them so excited for his return.
