good morning!

we're often up early around here. little girl is an early riser. she's strictly an "early to bed, early to rise" kind of girl. maybe that's why she has so much energy -- because she follows the prophets' counsel.

yesterday morning was no different. little girl was all wide-eyed and bushy-tailed at 5:40 a.m., ready for the day. we played and ate breakfast. and by 7:15 a.m. we were heading off to the emergency room. little girl had a small encounter with the radiator. and the radiator won. six stitches later, we were back home again.

fortunately, little girl's injury hasn't slowed her down at all -- she's back to running, jumping, twirling, and climbing. mr. pike and i are wondering if we shouldn't start wrapping her up in bubble wrap.

our poor baby! I'm so glad it hasn't slowed her down...or maybe you wish it had!

Yikes! I'm glad she's okay. Maybe this little radiator incident will help her to understand not to touch them when they get hot in the winter. :)
